In Solidarity Against Racism

We remember and honor the lives of Daunte Wright, George Floyd, Tony McDade, Sean Reed, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Tamir Rice, Mario Woods, Oscar Grant and countless lives of other black folks lost to police brutality, racial injustice, and white supremacy.

The Filipinx community is one of many communities that benefits from the rights demanded by the Civil Rights and Black Power movements of the 1960s and 1970s. We at Kularts believe that until Black Lives Matter, none of our lives truly matter.

We stand in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter Movement and the ongoing organizing, activism, and protests that have been taking place globally to demand change to dismantle systemic and structural racism.

Let’s reach out and teach our own pamilya and kamaganak:
Dear Mom, Dad, Uncle, Auntie: BLACK LIVES MATTER TO US, TOO
Filipinx for #BlackLivesMatter: Fighting Anti-Blackness in Our Own Community
Addressing Anti-Black Microaggressions in Filipino Families
